Refund policy
At Samantha, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
- A valid order confirmation or invoice is required.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.
- For faster service, we recommend placing a new order after the return is approved.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
8. International Orders
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
